特别在二类拓扑半金属和铋基拓扑绝缘体两大类拓扑材料中开展高质量材料生长与物性优化研究工作,取得一系列成果,在Nat.Phys.、Nat.Commun.、Adv.Mater.等国际一流期刊上发表SCI论文37篇。其中第一作者(含共同一作)及通讯作者(含共同通讯)21篇,一作/通讯论文共计被引700余次,单篇最高216次,其中包含1篇ESI热点论文(领域当年引用前0.1%),及1篇ESI高被引论文(领域当年引用前1%)。并有1篇论文被美国物理学会《Physics》选为Viewpoint专题评论。承担国家/地方科研项目7项,经费共计700余万元。
